How Data Is Merged

When data is merged from FlexNet Manager Suite to ServiceNow, transform maps are used to map the data. For more information, refer to ../reference/SNI-TransformMaps.htm#reference_ggk_1ml_g4.

When data is merged from ServiceNow to FlexNet Manager Suite, business adapters are used to map the data. For more information, refer to ../reference/SNI-ImportFields.htm#reference_ugq_3bz_kq.

For both scenarios, an integration user needs to be created in ServiceNow so that both systems can communicate. For more information, refer to ../tasks/SNI-ConfigureUser.htm#task_lpx_255_pw.
